ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order at BloomingCats.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. A priority shipping method can be selected during the checkout process on the Order Information page.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders from Monday to Friday, completed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that weekends are not operational, which may cause some delays. In cases of high demand, processing time may extend beyond 3 business days. Orders with incorrect or incomplete payment or address information may experience delays during processing.

SHIPPING METHOD
Packages are sent from our warehouse at 201 East 5th Street Suite 1000, Sheridan, WY 82801, and shipped via USPS.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The total delivery time includes processing time (1-2 business days) and shipping time (7-12 business days).
Order cut-off time: 11:00 PM.

SHIPPING FEES

  • Within the continental United States: Standard shipping is $5.99 for all items.
  • Other regions worldwide: Standard shipping is $7.99 for all items. Delivery times may vary by location.

TRACKING INFORMATION
An email containing the tracking information will be sent once the package is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Some carriers may take 2-5 business days to update their systems.

NOTE: Please ensure accurate shipping information is provided; incorrect details may require updates, causing delays in delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Shipping addresses can be updated within 24 hours by emailing [email protected].

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Buyers must provide a correct shipping address. Address modifications can be made within 24 hours by contacting [email protected]. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delivery failed after multiple attempts.
  • The recipient refused to accept the package.
  • Delivery issues due to the provided shipping address.
  • Tracking shows successful delivery, but there is a claim of non-receipt.

IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
Import taxes, VAT, and local fees are not included. BloomingCats is not responsible for reporting or paying these taxes. All orders are shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and import taxes will be calculated by the carrier based on local sales tax laws. Please check with the customs authority in your country for additional cost information.
